Senior Care services: Our services are for seniors and seniors experiencing brain change (Dementia). You living your best life at home, with family or in a facility is our number one goal. Whether it's three hours several days a week, or 24/7 hour care your safety, comfort and confidence  is our focus. Legacy accepts private pay and some insurances - call for eligibility.

Need assistance with cooking, cleaning, medication reminders, travel to physicians appointments - that's Legacy.

Would like to go to your child's wedding out of the area and have up to 24hr assistance - that's Legacy.

Adult children living in another area? Effective care coordination with a family team approach  - that's Legacy.

Like to attend a community function and need a caregiver for assistance- that's Legacy.

Individuals with Special Needs services: Legacy Home Care offers support whether you are an individual with an  intellectual impairment,  family member, friend or guardian seeking support for an individual with intellectual disabilities - Legacy can help you in your search to  create your  best life with the assistance and coordination of your support team.  Legacy Home Care offers professionally trained staff to help you be truly connected to your personal goals of living successfully in the community. Legacy accepts FSW (Family Support Waiver), CIH (Community Integration & Habilitation) funded through Medicaid and Private Pay.
